Angie Arkwell
I’ve had an interesting career journey over the past 25 years with every fork in the road leading me to where I am today.
In every business, regardless of the sector, consistent patterns emerged which included owners or leadership struggling to keep their heads above water time wise and/or financially; and, managers who managed poorly or lacked the resources to excel at their jobs. These patterns produced owners, operators and managers who were stressed, burnt out, or checked out which trickled down to teammates.
Upon reflection, the one constant was a lack of help being readily available or in start ups, being too costly.
Helping people is a passion of mine. Whether it’s in business, personal, or in the community.
My business partner and I have joined forces to help small business owners simplify their lives by combining my experience in business with her experience in HR to provide products and services that are actually helpful, compliant, readily available, financially feasible, and will set you and your business on a path to success.

Who We Are

We bring decades of hands-on business experience across law, insurance, healthcare, government and finance. Our founders include a Director of People & Culture (senior HR executive) and the CEO of a national company.
Combined we have worked inside startups, small businesses, complex corporate structures and government.
From these experiences, we identified several costly gaps and realized there is a simpler and more financially sensible way to grow a business and ensure it’s stability.
We have designed Expert Link HR to link you directly with experts whose sole mission it is to save you time, money, reduce risk and get your people working smarter in a culture they thrive in.

We believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and human. We do not use AI for material. Every package is designed to give you what you need, when you need it, as your business grows, regardless of where your business operates.
Each curated package is downloadable upon purchase and includes Guides you can use for training yourself or management as well as templates you need for operational success.
Should you require ongoing or more hands on support, we are here to help in a cost effective manner.
